This page explains how we handle personal data when you use e·on Drive Lounge Åby online. We collect as little as possible and use no cookies.

What we process and why

• Visit statistics. When you visit the site we record the domain, path, language and referring page as aggregated statistics. We set no cookie and no identifier and cannot link the visit to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
• Reviews. If you leave a review we process your name, rating, text and, if you provide it, your email address. Name, rating and text may be shown publicly on the site. The email address is never published and is used only for possible follow-up. Legal basis: consent.
• Contact. If you contact us through a form or by email we process the details you provide, such as name, email, phone and message, in order to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Login for staff and partners. To sign in to our operations tool we process an email address and a temporary one-time code. Legal basis: legitimate interest and contract.

Cookies

The site uses no cookies and therefore needs no consent banner.

Where data is stored

Data is stored with our database provider Supabase on servers in Stockholm (EU). The website is delivered through Vercel. We never sell your data and do not share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Reviews are kept until removed. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your matter. Visit statistics are aggregated and not linked to individuals.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Contact info@drivelounge.se. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
